The hotel's location was acceptable.

The room cleanliness was subpar. I noticed dust accumulation. The elevator floor was also quite dirty, even on the following day. This lack of attention to detail is unacceptable.

The breakfast service had issues. One morning, the milk ran out in the coffee machine and no staff were present. This occurred between 7:00 and 7:30 am. It was quite inconvenient NOT to have anyone available to address such issues.

a quiet nest near the heart

central location clean sheets blackout curtains

the location felt special, so close to the city center. walking around felt easy because the bus station was near. i found i rested well because blackout curtains and clean sheets were provided. the facility seemed very clean and very well maintained.

my room was a bit small, i feel there's room for furniture improvement. there weren't many places for sitting, so i had to mostly stand or lie down.

the family room offered practical space. each of the three beds has a lamp and a power point. this made the room functional for everyone. it was clean and orderly.
